as a salon owner and a stylist I have to say the answer is yes to most salons it is there bread and butter , perms are back by the way, you should go for a body wave perm for want you want
yep sure do.....depending on the salon, if you choose a good one there should be many perm options and types to choose from.......some places only do one kind, the basic, but if they are good they can do many kinds
