I live on the west side of Cleveland. I don't know who to go to now to get the color fixed. It is a real disaster and I need help quick :). Hopefully someone who lives around here will know who the best colorist is. Thanks.My hairdresser really screwed up my color. Who should I go to to get it fixed?
Go back to where you had it done and demand that they do it again (free of charge). It is the least they can do.
