Firstly, you might want to see a trichologist with regards to this issue if your hair fall is very severe.
In the meanwhile, what i would suggest would to avoid combing or using a towel to dry your hair for the time being, just dab it dry and leave it while sitting in front of a fan or something
You might want to go back to the hairdresser and let her know of your problem, it might be the removal technique thats doing you the damage.
Just remember not to put too much pressure on your hair for this time, you might want to wash with a baby shampoo without conditioner to see if your condition improves.
Do remember to keep your diet healthy.
Should your hair fall persist or appear severe, don't wait go to a doctor or trichologist immediately
