I have no idea what you're talking about. Maybe a conch shell? It sounds like the ocean when you put your ear to it. And a hairdresser is a person, maybe you mean a salon hair-setter? And that doesn't really sound like anything. It's just heat.

Your question is really hard to understand. I've never been in anything that sounds like a hairdresser other than a salon. Do you mean hairdryer, like the kind that goes over your head? It's basically the same thing as a normal hairdryer only it comes out differently... otherwise, I'm afraid we need more help in understanding your question.
