Who shoul I contact if my hairdresser did not rinse`out all the chemicals?

I called her she says just wash it again an put leave in conditioner in.Is there some type of board I can call to get this problem resolved,If I can't work it out with her?Who shoul I contact if my hairdresser did not rinse`out all the chemicals?
I am an owner of a salon and have been doing hair for well over 13 yrs. talk to the owner of the business, if it is a ';good'; salon he/she should be able to help you. I know with me if there was any problem like the one that you have first i would apologize to you for this matter. Second i would refund your money ASAP with no questions asked. would locate the top stylist in the salon and make an appointment with him/her. of course this session would not cost you a dime... ON THE HOUSE!!! now if they do not do all these things I would put and ad in the newspaper and shout out loud how they did you wrong. Hopefully they will do at the bare minimum give your money back. If you are ever in the Maryland area you are more than invited to come see me. As far as the stylist that did this to you I would make it mandatory to for him/her to take a 3 wk. color re-education. and proper way to shampoo. After all that is said and done if that still doesn't work then, yes their is a board you can contact State Board of Cosmetology in your area it will be in the licensing and regulation of your state government. there you can write an offical complaint with them and in return they will investigate then if nessasary will revoke that individuals license to do business as a Cosmetologist.

Call your state cosmotology board and tell them you'd like to file a complaint deepartment. Tell them the name of the hairdresser and the salon they work at, as well as your greivance. If you can't reach the cosmotology board call the health department and ask for some one conserning cosmotology or the number for the cosmotology board.
This may seem like a silly question, but how do you know that all of the chemicals are not rinsed out? Is it perhaps just the result of the chemicals that you don't like?
Call your Governor. He/She can help you.

Hope the chemicals dont do to much damage. A friend of mine once tried to die his hair blonde and it went like straw.
