Can anybody recommend a good hairdresser in London?

I've tried 4 different places in the last 8 months and none of them were very good. I'm looking to get a completely new style and need a place that has a good style consultant.Can anybody recommend a good hairdresser in London?

The last place I went to is Cedars and I was very happy with the cut and colour. They take their time to listen to what you want.
