Why do hairdressers use the same brush for everyone....is that not unhygenic?

Brushes are cleaned inbetween each client , in Barbacide , a anti bacterial solution , well they are in my salon !! I would sack any of my staff if i found them using the same brush on each client . If thats happening in the salon you go to .... MOVE !!Why do hairdressers use the same brush for everyone....is that not unhygenic?
a lot more hygenic than using a public loo.Why do hairdressers use the same brush for everyone....is that not unhygenic?
you put the brush in some sanatization liquid that would be too complicated to explain to someone who does not use there head
WEll... could be cuz there really lazy.. hehe...

i would say that the solution that they put them in has a bacteria killer in it... and they always use combs.. check it out the next time u go to the hairdressers...
I don't know where you go, but mine uses a fresh brush. I'm sure not going to let her use one that she used on someone else. Just tell her you want a clean brush!
They sanatize them before using them on the next client. If you know a hair dresser that doesnt you should report him or her to the health department
Yes i often wonder that, it's so grosse!
thats disgusting. there could be nits on it and alsorts. u r dead right.
because the hairdresser is usually some trainee chavette, that doesn't care about anything except ';Dwayne'; her chav boyfriend, what she'll be having for tea or where she's going to get her next packet of cigarettes from. And the sad thing is, she's paying more attention to these trivial matters than concentrating on the client!
They clean them, they soak it in that stuff....haven't you ever seen that? Well, that's what my hairdresser does...
I wondered that many times. And can you imagine the brush having lice or something like that! EWWWWW. Next time you go to the salon just ask them to use a freshly cleansed brush.

I sure will... *shudders*
they do clean them....but if u did have headlice they would stop cutting your hair and ask u to *** bak when head is clear (im being serious!)
They sanitize them in the backroom and they have multiply brushes.
As a hairdresser myself, I clean all my brushes inbetween clients and use barbicide which kills germs! A new brush for every client would be expensive!
I carry my brush with me and have requested my hairdresser politely to use mine......just ask...there is no reason why you can't do that!!!
yes it is, but replacing a brush for every other person would be expensive, but they do use that clear blue solution on their combs.
they put the brushes in those little jars with the blue liquid in them. the blue liquid is sanitizer its like rubbing alchol and some other kind of cleaner.anyways, they always sanitizer on their scissors and stuff, and if they didnt, they wouldnt be running a business. they probably sanitize their utensils when they arent dealing with a customer
