To describe it say long layers with a medium side fringe and a far across side parting on the left/right. But the best way is to bring the picture along so they can see more clearly what you want or draw it. I do that all the time and its really helpful. Good Luck x
first off you could just give the hair dresser the photo and say you want something similar, if not you could say you want a cut the frames your face a little but with slight side bangs with streaks,
