How much do you tip a hairdresser?

Like for a $25 haircut?How much do you tip a hairdresser?

As for the $25 haircut... that would be 10%-20%, depending on the complexity and level of service... or $2.50 - $5.00.

15-20% is standard, I usually tip 20% unless he/she did a poor job. For $25 haircut that would be $5. (Also, if your stylist is the owner of the salon, no tip is required)
it depends..for a $25 haircut, if i'm happy, i give 20% with a big smile; if not, i don't give anything, but if the hairdresser's too nice, i'd still give 10%..
$5 is a 20% tip, so thats pretty generous in most fields. I used to tip 5 on a 12 dollar haircut, though. Give them the shiniest pen you own.
