hi well i plan on getting a hair cut today and i was wondering if they would be able to thin out my hair because it is very thick and wavy....it also has about 3 layers and is a bit below my shoulders. so would they be able to thin out my hair and would i still be able to keep my layers if i got it thinned out? i plan to get about 2 inches cut off for a trim alsoHow does a hairdresser thin out hair?
There are these special scissors a hairstylist uses to thin out hair. Yes, the layers would still be there if your hair stylist thinned your hair out.
oh if you always would want it to be thinned out I would suggest always asking your hairstylist to thin your hair out. x]How does a hairdresser thin out hair?
They would defo be able to thin out your hair(:
Yes, you can keep your layers they would just be thinned out too.
Umm, It depend on how often you get your hair trimmed/cut, but its usually better to get it thinned everytime or else it will just get thick again.
My hair used to be the same a few years ago, so everytime i get my hair done i get my layers re-cut and get all my hair thinned out.
i had my hair thinned and i have 3 layers, i havn't got my hair cut for nearly a year (oops) and its still as thin. they use special scissors that don't cut all the hair, it's weird, i don't know how it works.
yes you can keep the layers what they do is take a razor with a handle and when your hair is wet they start thinning it down with the razor.
Yeah. Thinning your hair is like a hair cut, But without taking off length. They basically take a razor or thinning shears and run it down your hair.
if i would were u, i would ask a hairdresser.
