Normally touch ups at the roots are done when the hair has grown out 1/2 inch. It's too soon for you to retouch. You might want to return to the same stylist for one more retouch and pick their brain as to the level (lightness or darkness) of your hair and the tone (ash, gold, beige) of the blonde. They may not tell you, some stylists are very secretive about their formulas. On the other hand, you may have a stylist who is generous and may even write down your formula for you. This doesn't mean you will be able to get your hands on the same professional color that they used but you will have a better idea of what product to purchase that matches the level and tone of your color treated hair. Good luck to you!Hi , just wondering if any one can help, i went the hairdressers last week?
You could do that.. But I would advise you just to go back to the same hair dresser, and get them professional touched up. There isnt really any gaurentee that you will have the exact same color of roots as your hair with store boughten dye, I just safe myself all the troubles of screwing up and get it professionaly done.
buy some blonde dye an use some on your roots
